DebbieJJ 04-26-2011 05:06 AM

If I could afford that, I'd be able to build a sewing studio on the home we own now! But it's a gorgeous home and I love the arieal view.

damaquilts 04-26-2011 05:08 AM

the star quilt on the bed It is pretty.

Claddaughquilting 04-26-2011 05:11 AM

I know,I know!! The kitchen!! no, no,....the laundry room!! Actually, a house that size should have more than 1 quilt!!

I totally agree!

lisainmo 04-26-2011 05:35 AM

That is a beautiful home and I know right where it is! Never had seen the inside of it though.
The quilt is pretty, however I saw several other places that could use a quilt too.

ptquilts 04-26-2011 05:36 AM

yes, the other bedspreads are BORING...

Me too, I saw lots of walls that could use some wall hangings. :D

Lisanne 04-26-2011 05:51 AM

The quilt was one of the nicest things about the house. I honestly didn't like the house - too "new construction" for me. For that much money, I'd want architectural details. This all just looked pre-fab. Give me a small, quaint cottage over that pile any day!

dixiebelle162002 04-26-2011 06:07 AM

I liked what appeared to be the master bath, but some rooms were not to my taste. The quilt was very pretty it really gave the room character.

KarenR 04-26-2011 06:14 AM

I like the house, loved the quilt.
Would hate to have to clean it!

AgapeStitches 04-26-2011 06:23 AM

Another great place for a retreat!!!!

Chasing Hawk 04-26-2011 07:04 AM

I spied the quilt!

The photos made the rooms appear rather short. A low ceiling height is more accurate.

I think you are thinking of that 30' x 40' Morton Building that would be perfect for a sewing studio. Am I right?

BMP 04-26-2011 08:23 AM

Noticed the quilt too but my question is WHY is there a sofa in the laundry room...do they sit and watch the laundry. Nice house but lots of updating needed, lighting fixtures and room colors. Kitchen is a great size but like alot of the rest of the house too dark !!

Painiacs 04-26-2011 09:46 AM

I can't find it!!

EskapetheNorm 04-26-2011 09:51 AM

What was with the chair in the laundry room? To sit and watch the load spin? Ha Ha! It was nice and big though. I would have shelving and a mudroom set up for cleaning really dirty stuff.

cctx. 04-26-2011 09:55 AM

I saw (2) bedrooms with quilts.

The Scrappy Stars and the Pinks///Whites Chinese coin quilt.

sak658 04-26-2011 09:59 AM

Can't believe those mirrors in the bathrooms, I had those in my baths and my home was built in '67. What were they thinking. Mine have been updated for quite a while..

quilter1 04-26-2011 10:28 AM

For that money, it better be near Fons and Porter!

It's actually pretty old. It was built in 1994. Looks like it hasn't been updated since then.

mhansen6 04-26-2011 11:48 AM

There are a couple of those rooms I could change into a wonderful quilt studio.

clynns 04-26-2011 12:54 PM

There was a time when I would have loved that kitchen. Now I like the frame #24. Big open space for all my quilt stuff. Then again, the closet space in the attic was nice too. So that's how the other half lives, huh? BTW, nice quilt on the bed. LOL

miriam 04-26-2011 01:08 PM

ROTFLMBO you all are ssssssoooooooo funny!!! I love it! You know MY house has a kitchen, too My house has a bathroom, too. MY house has beds with quilts made by ME or with great love by my sister. My house is warm and we stay dry. In the summer we have air conditioning. NO we don't have a maid to do laundry for us and a couch for the maid to sit on while she watches it. AND our house is LIVED in and a happy place. That kitchen could use a bit of COLOR don't you think? Oh and we actually use OUR kitchen to cook. We shovel our own snow, mow our OWN yard and grow our OWN food - nice exercise - keeps us healthy without going to a gym to work out. MEOW.

Future quilting room.... I see all the quilts in bedrooms.

MaryAnnMc 04-27-2011 04:27 AM

I must be weird... you couldn't give me this house. But it's always fun to peek!!

drdolly 04-27-2011 05:19 AM

to many rooms to clean. Not my style. Give me a ranch anyday.

misscarol 04-27-2011 05:26 AM

What would you do with that big empty room?

CaroleLee 04-27-2011 05:45 AM

In Southern California that house would probably cost $10 to $20 million dollars.

LindaaJR 04-27-2011 06:07 AM

I saw 2 beds that had quilts, I am assuming that is what we were supposed to find? Take care.
Linda

carolknows 04-27-2011 06:28 AM

3? I saw a star quilt and a stacked coins quilt. I didn't see a 3rd one.

Ditter43 04-27-2011 06:41 AM

I WONDER IF THEY WOULD TAKE A CHECK?

drw1mjw2 04-27-2011 06:41 AM

drw1mjw2 04-27-2011 06:59 AM

yes

judith ann 04-27-2011 08:33 AM

I see an plain tan cover on one bed, a grey bed with light color topper and what looks like the master with the horse picture above the bed. I see no star quilt.
I love the greenhouse. Mine is the size of a closet but it works for me.
