Was 37 yrs for us last Jan. I was only 16 & he was 17. We have 2 great sons & 2 great grand kids (1 grand daughter & 1 grand son) We both are so thankful for each other every day as we look around at couples now. We see young couples & widows trying to make a go of a relationship & we both say how blessed we are. I would not remarry if something were to happen to him I don't think. I'm only 54 but I just don't think that I could find anyone to come close to him & who I could be as content with. We both say marriage is a job, you have to work at it every day. Some days are better than others but things could always be worse. He is my sunshine every day,

We will celebrate 32 years June 9... met at dinner at college. I bought a ticket for the NAIA Chapionship game where our school was in the championship game. We won!
A year later, we were married... It's be good and bad but our vows said "For Better or Worse", "Richer or Poorer", "In sickness and in health".... We've had better and we've had worse: We've been richer and we've been poorer: But the in sickness and in health... he was diagnosed terminally ill 1 1/2 years after marriage and we've battled some form of illness ever since...I'm still waiting for the health part.... but he is my best friend and I don't think I'll find anyone that I could love as much as I do him.

45 years for us. Seams like all my life. Some of the years have been good and some not so good. I would do it again but maybe make a few changes along the way.
