I'm a hygienist - electric toothbrushes do a great job of removing plaque. Both OralB and Philips Sonicare are great brushes. And don't forget to floss once a day - it takes less than a minute and it makes a huge difference!

The Oral B is great for me. My mouth feels so clean when I get done brushing with it. Haven't had any need for dental work for years; just my annual check-up.

I had extensive dental surgery, implants, etc. The surgeon said Phillips DiamondClean Sonic toothbrush.

Do everything needed to have good dental health. Dental problems affect your whole well being and lowers your immune system so you feel bad more then you should.

We like the Oral B.

I have been using one for the last 15 or so years and my dentist is very pleased. It is one way to make sure you get your full 3 mins of brushing.. You don't have to spend a fortune on one either. We love ours.

As a Hygienist also. I use and recommend the Sonicare to most-all of my patients.
Water pics are a wonderful device but should not replace flossing, flossing is flossing.
Water Pics should not be turned higher than half way, Re: if your water power options is 1-10, set to 5.
I love what I do!

DH and I love our Oral B electric brushes. They work great.

We also prefer the Oral-B. I have a small mouth but bigger teeth LOL, the smaller brush head seems to be a better over all fit for me personally. Hubby says, which ever LOL.

We use the Sonicare and a Waterpik Water Flosser. When our first Sonicare wore out after about 10 years, we bought an Oral B because it was on sale. We didn't feel like it got our teeth as clean, so we bought another Sonicare and got rid of the Oral B. So much for saving money! lol. You get what you pay for.

My dentist always comments on how clean my teeth are and how healthy my gums are. I must be doing something right.
