I loved this movie, Sam Elliott made a movie in Three Oaks, Michigan, about 20 Miles from me(Prancer)! Loved that one too!

grandma sue 11-29-2010 06:03 PM

Love them! Watched the one last night - it was great. I'm recording the one tonight. They are the best.

Gilla 11-29-2010 07:19 PM

Does anyone have a problem with the music sounding out the dialog. I can't hear what is being said because the music is too loud.

amorerm 11-29-2010 07:30 PM

Does someone know?....I think the woman that played his wife in the movie is his wife in real life? I know she's actress and think she is.

perry 11-29-2010 07:30 PM

I watch and record all of them.

IBQUILTIN 11-29-2010 07:35 PM

grandma Janice 11-29-2010 08:04 PM

We just got dish Tv, so I am really enjoying the Hallmark channel. especially at Christmas time.

Miss Patsy Jane 11-29-2010 08:35 PM

You and me too! I'd watch anything that had him in it just to hear his voice...Tom Selleck (sp) has a nice voice too. I hear him sometimes when I'm at Kroger and he is doing a Kroger ad.

Yes. Love their movies. Especially their Xmas. ones.

Miss Patsy Jane 11-29-2010 09:57 PM

Speaking of their Christmas movies, don't you just love (most of) their Hallmark commercials. They make me almost cry sometimes, especially about the soldier coming home and surprising his little brother.

Sew Krazy Girl 11-29-2010 11:25 PM

Love Hallmark movies. And DH sits along side of me too.

stitchofclass2 11-30-2010 02:08 AM

auntmarie 11-30-2010 02:58 AM

Quilt4u 11-30-2010 03:07 AM

Janlee43 11-30-2010 05:51 AM

Oh Yes. Sit in my sewing room/sun room and watch movies all weekend. I work all week so I don't get to watch in the evening. But love them.

mommamac 11-30-2010 05:54 AM

right there with you - tissue box handy!

PJO 11-30-2010 08:19 AM

I do! They're always "clean" and family oriented.

mskityocat 11-30-2010 11:22 AM

I watched it and cried like a baby. It didn't hurt to have that hunk Sam Elliott in there. I just loved every moment of it and was glad that it ended like it did.

jenniferlrn 11-30-2010 12:03 PM

OH my goodness that Hallmark movie, November Christmas was soooooo good this year. I always look forward to seeing them every year. The one that they are playing in the end of January looks like it will be really good also.

PattyS 11-30-2010 02:01 PM

Oh yes, Hallmark movies are my favorite. This years Hallmark movie was very touching and loved the idea of celebrating holidays early. Recorded it so I can watch it again. I went to school with a guy that was an artist and went to work for Hallmark in KC. Always think of him and the family this time of the year.

I rented an old Sam Elliot movie one time. I kept waiting for him to enter the picture. The movie was almost over when I realized that the young cowboy with the high voice was him. He must have taken voice lessons to teach him how to lower his voice.

Pins n' Ndls 11-30-2010 06:59 PM

My grandaughter told me I had to get "The Notebook". Said it made her think of her Poppy and me. What a movie. I also melt hearing Sam Elliot's voice.

katcincinnati 11-30-2010 08:55 PM

I love the Hallmark movies.

[quote=bkb]Sam Elliot is in a hallmark movie tonight! Yes, I like the sentimental movies.[/quote

Taped this one while watching another sappy one.
No time to watch it yet but better than the other crap that's on in evenings. Had forgotten to use the vcr on my TV --well at 5 next morning the rewinding and ejection of
the tape woke us up. soooooo early ----

Renee110 12-01-2010 07:31 PM

the last time I saw a Hallmark movie was a month or so ago and it was so sad. It was called The Book Of Ruth or something like that. It depressed me for the rest of the day...
