LOL. I feel the same way about all the murders in Father Brown's town. At least MM spreads out to surrounding small towns.

It is a theremin - here is the video of the lady playing the theme music https://youtu.be/YTZK9FNgK74

We love the show, we watch it every once in a while, but when we do, we watch it show after show. I agree that it seems there are way too many murders for such a small area.

Watched all 90 some episodes...we loved them! The British actors are marvelous! Anyone watching Doc Martin? We watched all of the series as well and loved them. The last episode is being filmed now but will probably be a year before (or IF) it appears on Netflix though.

I love Midsomer Murders and try to never miss an episode. Our PBS station carries the episodes.

I love Midsomer Murders! Not only is it decent tv, but it's fun to see all those English 'cottages' and gardens. I'm almost done with the 95 episodes on Netflix and will really miss it when I'm done.

Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries is my absolute favorite on Netflix, but there are only a couple of seasons to watch right now. Great writing and costumes, and Phryne is a very progressive woman in the 1920s.

I love this show, but I have to keep myself from binge watching until the wee hours!

I love Midsomer, Doc Martin and the others, but the one I'm hooked on is Last of the Summer Wine. It's a show you have to watch from the very beginning and PBS runs it and I think I have seen it through about 3 times. I am getting all the dvd's and the kids got me the special region player you have to have for some of the dvds.
