I wouldn't have anything else.
We have a family friend who is a tech guy. He's our youngest son's best friend. He's such a help to us!

One did have to pay several years ago. I don't know when Apple went to "free" - but I am very grateful that they have.

I originally bought an Imac when I bought my first computer. I needed something Kelly-proof while I learned. I am so enamoured with Apple products, the only reason I know how to use an Android is DH thinks he is too smart for an Apple. Lol. (If he is so smart, why did I have to learn his system to help him?) lol. I just recently upgraded to a newer Mac, and if tablets keep improving, I may just keep it to store records on, and update tablets.

Apple went “free” just before the loss of Steve Jobs.

Bear, that's good news. I hate to call Mike every time I need something. He has a new baby!!

I love my IPhones and Ipads. Next computer is a Mac.

I run a MacBookPro laptop and it also gets "creative" sometimes. I call my brother first as he's run a Mac/Apple since day one. He could work for them with no training. I also have a store just about 10 minutes drive from my front door. SO far the call in support has been pretty good. At least when I do live chat they speak English. But I love my Mac.
