Congratulations Sandy!!! You did an awesome job.

YEAH ME!!!!!! I am so excited, not just to be getting FQ but for the weight loss itself. I am so psyched to see how good I can do this next month. Last night I got out my wt loss journey binder that I have been working on. I went through all the pages of information, comments, pictures of clothes I cut out of catalogs and put in there. It re-motivated me to keep doing good. Some of my family members have been inspired by my weight loss and they are on board with me in trying to lose weight. I'm so happy and it feels good to be inspiring and motivating others to get healthy also. It also feels good to not be going to bed with such a full stomach. I am finally getting the hang of not eating until I feel like I'm about to pop, or not eating as if I think each meal is my last meal. This is my year to get healthier and I am so excited. I'm happy to have all of you to help keep me focused and motivated also. WE CAN DO THIS!! WE ARE DOING THIS!!!! Hugs to all, Sandy
