Unless you just want to make it from scratch, go to Sam's (I guess Costco has them, too), and find aprons in the restaurant supply department and then customize them. They will still be unique and you will have saved time and probably lots of money. froggyintexas

I did the apron that you make from a man's shirt. I bought my shirt at the thrift store and edged it with bias tape. I think it is posted under the title Men's Shirt Apron but I will repost a picture here. If you put the title in the search it should come up and I typed the instructions on the second page but you might be able to find a youtube video.

Sorry to ask about a different apron but I would really love to make a smock apron, I have problems tying any tapes behind my back, any ideas anyone ? Letty x
