Apron pattern
I want to make aprons for a group of ladies and men that will be helping at a BBQ. Just wondering if there is a really easy pattern. I don't mind buying a pattern, just would like to know what is out there, so I don't have to spend a lot of time looking for a pattern. Suggestions and advice are so much appreciated.

I did the apron that you make from a man's shirt. I bought my shirt at the thrift store and edged it with bias tape. I think it is posted under the title Men's Shirt Apron but I will repost a picture here. If you put the title in the search it should come up and I typed the instructions on the second page but you might be able to find a youtube video.

I own an apron which has an adjustable neck strap. Two 1.5 inch D rings attached with short strap at top right of bib. Free end strap attached at top left of bib.
Standard butcher apron style pattern, ties made same width as neck strap, shorter strap sewn horizontally to hold matching towel, and two patch pockets. The heavier home dec fabric and adjustable neck strap sold the apron, but the matching towel is a bonus! Perhaps idea for gifts....... |
