Try one of those Mitsubishi or Samsung room units. Just search on the internet. I found the Samsung site (http://www.samsung.com/ae/consumer/h...unted-split-ac). I have seen them in homes on House Hunter International, but I know they're available here in the US.

I have a whole house fan in the attic room. It sucks the cool air up. Couldn't put in a window shaker because of the condensation.
