Please respect that the choice is theirs and I am sure once both Mother's are back on their feet they will share their bundles with us. :)

I really didn't mind that you guys linked the photos, but I can understand Shadow's position, she's right :)

Alexandre Nicolas Lalonde was born May 3rd, at 10:17 am. I got an epidural about 2 hours after getting to the hospital, and it was heavenly, lol! The labor was not difficult with the epi, but the delivery was difficult. His heart rate was decelerating with each contraction. It came very close to being an emergency c-section delivery because we didn't have time to wait for me to dilate completely on my own and then have to push, the doctor needed to get him out, like, NOW. So it was a forcep aided delivery, I think I pushed three times, through only one contraction, because the doctor was rushing to get the baby out.
His face has a slight mark on it from the forceps, but it's much better today than it was yesterday. Baby Alex has black hair, and blue eyes, wieghed 7 lb 10 oz, and is 21" long. He looks just like his daddy :)

His head's not actually that big, but his face is swollen in these pics from a VERY tight delivey, and from the forceps. Poor baby :(
Even the doctor was surprised the we managed to get him out like that.
