My BFF loves to cook, grilling however is something he is working on (so he says). Mostly he grills leather. But tonight he made chicken n dumplings from scratch - mmmmm yummy. So anyhew we limit the grilling time.

So glad to hear I'm not alone. My husband can over cook or undercook meat on the grill and no matter how it is I just can't understand and I need to stay out of his business. My rule- cook it ahead before he gets home- checking meat by flashlight isn't fun
