My card is in the mailbox. Since it's only Aug. 2, it should get to her in time for her birthday, I hope.

I will put a card in the mail today. The time and sacrifice our military personel give are precious to me and anytime I have the opertunity to greet and encourage one, I do. Thank you for giving me the chance to send her a card.

I just sent out to my contacts in my email so she should be getting from AL, FL, TX, CO as well as New Mexico, where I live now (I lived in AL most of my life).

I forgot, her birthday is August 6th. She will be in the field for a week or more (training?) soon and after that her weekend call is furneral duty so they do the whole 21 gun salute for lost soldiers... but she will have day mail Mon to Fri and it is a special event so thanks again for your cards. This is a hard month and they will be a light on cloudy days for her.
