Today i went out to lunch and was talking to the 2 ladies sitting beside me. We got to talking about food and how it is cooked in a Filippino restaurant.
One of the ladies said she is going to Culinary school. Told her i have thought about going for years. She told me about her school and it sounded so interesting. When I got home looked up the Culinary schools near my home and signed up to go speak with them. Thursday is my first appointment with one of the schools and i am excited. The other school is much harder to get into but want to try. I love to cook, eat foods from other countries and experiment. I need to return to work but this time I want a different job that before. Ii use to be an Adult Probation Officer and that is not for me anymore. Hope I am accepted and like it!!!!! Chef Bebe :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D |

I hope you get into the school you want and find a new job too! my Son is a guard at a jail. not my favorite job for him. i worry a lot!
