I can almost hear someone saying, "why on earth did someone give this beautiful quilt away! So much detail and time went into this."
Your quilt will be loved and cherished by its new owner. |
maybe you could try searching for a lost and found site online for that area? I dont know if craigs list does it or not.........I sure hope you find it...........

Sorry to hear about the loss!
|
So very sorry. But whoever buys it will do so because the love it.

This sure was painful for you. And knowing your mom was a quilter and understood what a handmade quilt means. But the memories you have of your sister and you making this quilt will be your forever and those can't be given to Goodwill. Hugs.

I know I would love to know what happened to the quilts I made my ex mil and grandmother in law. They were some of my first and while Grandma Viola loved hers I know my mil didn't appreciate it at all.
I hope your quilt shows up and I think putting a photo up on lost quilts is a wonderful idea. |
