we hand fed him as a baby 3 years ago.We do not see much of him in the summer but when fall comes he is around close to the house looking for treats. He followed us around the yard like a puppy when he was a baby.My grand daughter Ashley put her pear core out for him before school yesterday morning and a little while later I got this pick.

That is so sweet that you took care of him when he was a baby, so now he still remembers and comes back. Bless you for doing this!

We can open windows. And talk to him,we can not get more than about ten feet from him so he is not really tame but knows we feed him all winter. He makes me smile.

that's too cute. I too feed the critters here. we have squirrils, chipmunks, coons and all types of birds. last night they got corn tortillas. where I used to live, we'd feed feral cats. they really liked pasta

I am in good company. I feed finches, wild birds, hummingbirds, squirrels and whatever comes around. I took in two feral cats, the last one turned 13 this month. The other is gone, lived to 16 years. Neither would have lived that long on their own. I am very soft hearted as you others are too.
You Bunny is very cute. Good of you to care for him.

You're a good mom, what a sweet gift of nature. Thank you for caring for him.

Thanks for showing us "Brutus" (I was expecting one of those giant Dutch rabbits), but your wild bunny is just so very sweet.
