The butterflies are gorgeous. I haven't read all the other posts, but the plant looks like it may be Confederate Jasmine which is a mounding, vining plant that butterflies love.

My husband with the green thumb (actually the only one I have)thinks the bush may be a honeysuckle bush (not a vine). Shares certain properties with the vine ie yellow or white flowers and wonderfully sweet aroma. Hope this helps. ♥
