Do you prefer your ice cream on top of the cake, or on the side?

:D

We just celebrated Jill's birthday at the shop... and after a delightful 4-part harmony of of the Happy Birthday song and a sweet treat including Ginny's homemade chocolate sauce (her secret recipe), I'm definitely having a sugar high!

I usually have cake or ice cream but if both are being offered I won't refuse them side by side or one on top of the other.

on the same plate, beside the cake, same with pie, if pie is hot, forget the ice cream on top yuck!

Not a big fan of cake anymore so just the ice cream please.:)

Ok, I'm the weird one. I don't want my cake and ice cream touching, unless it's an ice cream cake.

If I had to choose, I'd usually choose cake over ice cream. But if I could have them together, I'd do that. I'd want them separate.

My favorites:
Yellow-flavored layer cake with chocolate frosting
Chocolate ice cream

I don't care, I will eat it however it is served.
