QVC is the parent company of Zullily, I believe. From what I have heard, QVC acquired the company in an effort to attract a younger customer base.

I agree. I ordered from them once and the items were too small and as you say--all polyester or rayon--cheap. Won't order from them again.

You can pretty much tell the origin of them by checking the details on the clothes they sell.....nearly all polyester or rayon in my experience, cheap, cheap, and not comfortable to wear in hot weather. Darn cute though!
