I was browsing and found an online store called Zulily. I like the clothing styles. The company is American but it says they pay customs duties. Have you ordered from this company? Do they have good service? Have you been satisfied with your order? Was there any hassle with custom duties? Thanks for any help.

They don't pay customs duties, the customs duties and taxes are included in the price of the item, unless the item is under $20.00.
I know of some people who have bought from them and have had good luck.

Sorry haven't used them, but they sure have fun styles that pop up in the ads.

I have ordered from them and they are very good... I got a Tshirt for my DGD but it was too small.... they credited my account and told me to keep it anyway...

I'm not from Canada, but here is my experience. My 17-year-old granddaughter ordered an item for a gift for her cousin for Christmas. The order was placed about the end of November 2016. About mid-December, we received an e-mail notice the item had reached LA (from Hong Kong), so we expected to receive it by Christmas. The item actually came Jan.26, 2017! Not exactly in time for Christmas 2016! I had decided the site was a scam. I guess not, but I will never order from Zulily again.

Oh my, i ordered some reading glasses with lights from Amazon. weeks and weeks went by. turned out the order was being shipped from China!! they finally just gave me credit. I have to be careful of what seller it is. irritating. some charge shipping too even though I have Prime.

The only thing I've heard is that it takes a long time to receive your clothes. A relative ordered some tops and it was months before she received them.

I have ordered from them, and have had no problems. It is an overstock site, and things usually take a long time to come, so it doesn't pay to need the item for a gift. They are usually easy to work with, but my experience has been small (only ordered a few items over a long time). I do enjoy looking at their site and getting the low down on the prices offered. lol

You can pretty much tell the origin of them by checking the details on the clothes they sell.....nearly all polyester or rayon in my experience, cheap, cheap, and not comfortable to wear in hot weather. Darn cute though!
