I am so sorry for your loss :-(

So sorry for your loss. It is hard to lose a memberof the family and they are like our kids. (My kids say they are more than like my kids because the pets get away with more!)

I have a cat that eats paper. She loves to get into the toilet paper. I tried all sorts of things to keep the TP away from her but finally had to put it in a container with a snap lid that she can't remove. All of the tissue boxes have to be turned upsidedown with no tissue showing, had to raise the paper towel holder so she can't reach it. One time she sat for days and purred and switched her tail and didn't eat. I checked the cat box and she hadn't used it so we took her to the vet. They gave her an enama and told us to hurry and take her home. So the watch continued till she passed a big paper wad. We have to be ever vigilant. She doesn't eat any other kind of paper. She is not allowed in the sewing room.

Same thing happened to Midnight, we were all devastated when the vet told us he had no chance of survival as he did not look that sick.

They are really cute kittens. Good luck with them. I have and older cat that misses her playmate too.

Sorry to here I had one cat eat tinsel he passed it but I had to pull the rest of it out of his butt, for some reason they will go after my pins that's another thing somebody warned me about

I plan to always keep my sewing room door closed and the pets won't be allowed in that one room. Between pins, blades, threads, elastic and God knows what else I'll leave laying around in there (and I want to be able to relax and not have to worry about whether I put something away or not), it's a lot safer for them and I won't end up with a bunch of cat hair on my fabric. So it's a Win-Win situation.

I'm very sorry about your loss, it's so sad when we have to have one of our babies put to sleep. I still miss my beautiful blind black Persian, I loved Bear so much.
