I did not mean to mis-lead you, we will have lasagna for Christmas Eve and traditional ham for Christmas Dinner.
Tamales seem to be eaten during the Christmas season here in the Phoenix area.
After gifting tamales and sharing with family, we may not have any left by Christmas...we made over 12 dozen..they are like chips you can not eat just one. :)
