Very pretty! I have always wanted to get one of those growing in my garden! Maybe I will :)

Beautiful!

When they talk about the roots liking to be cool, there are ways to do this. Usually people will plant them around stone, brick or a concrete sidewalk. Creeping Phlox likes cooler roots too. If you'll mulch the roots before the frost and freezes hit, they'll usually make it through the winter well. Those first couple of years are the hardest.

Beautiful. I now have 3 different colors, but they are just getting a good start. (New plants) Can't wait till they take hold and look like yours

We have chain link fence in our backyard. Used to have them
on the N. side of the yard..a few other flowers there, but they just didn't do well. Moved them to the S. side of the yard where we have a row of peonies. We planted them between those established plants. They shade the roots and the clematis love their new location. |
Clementis Vine is one of my favorite plants and yours looks gorgeous and very happy with it's location. :D :D :D

Dang, you are north of me and mine aren't out yet!!!

Mary0, I have never seen one so big and beautiful. Same color as mine. Looks like a tree.
