I don't like their new look either, and I told them so. I find it very hard to negotiate. If it ain't broke ....

Thanks for the heads up, I haven't updated yet and I won't.

Tartan, this is a change to the Craftsy web site, not something we updated to get. We're stuck with it. I don't care for it either, but I haven't had any difficulty (so far) viewing a class.

Yep, same with me. I finally emailed them because every time I tried to get into the Craftsy site it wouldn't accept my password so I would have to get a new one. .....over and over and OVER again!!!! They would tell me to "do this ...." and "do that" in my settings which I did to no avail. Very annoying because they do have classes of interest to me.

I am having the same problem. Thought it was me doing something wrong. Good to know that it isn't.....maybe!LOL

I have several classes I purchased from them a while back for viewing at a later date. Now I'm not going to be able to??
Craftsy will be hearing from me also.

Lindaschipper, I can still see my classes that I have not yet viewed and the archived ones also. Someone mentioned they couldn't find archives. It is a different button now. Hope I don't run into any problems.

Thanks for the heads up warning. I will be sure to have a cup of coffee before I go to their site to see one of my classes.

To find your patterns and classes, you need to be sure you've signed in. Then go to the upper right hand corner and click on "my account". Mine has my Facebook profile picture, but if you don't have a FB account, there's probably a person icon. Click on that and you'll see your choices. When I went to my account this morning to order a pattern, a pop up cam up and it said to see your classes, go to "my account".
