i know you are all wonderful quilters, but can someone tell me how to cut fudge, without it sticking to your knife?
thank you in advance for your help.

I use a pizza cutter warmed under hot water first.

I just made 3 batches. I dump it on a piece of cardboard and cut it with a long wide huge butcher knife like they cut pizza.

I cut it while it is still warm but cool enough to be set.

you could use a cheese slicer or dental floss too :)

I like to line my pan with buttered foil so it is easy to lift out. Score it while it is warm, but mostly set. Using a pizza cutter and a ruler makes it just like cutting quilt squares.

I use the dental floss trick on cinnamon rolls.
