Just think, if you were to pick two to sell with the money you'd get for them and the money you'd save we're talking major shop hop here. Or you could get a new machine, or remodel your sewing room, add on a sewing room, or maybe (depending on make, milage and condition) all of the above. |
Bit the bullet and purchased a 2001 chevy blazer. The garage is still looking into the Jimmy, but not in much of a hurry. Decided The Jimmy was a piece of 1993 crap even if they put in a new engine.

that is one of my big fears of having a car break down when I am somewhere and can't get any help its happened twice now I refuse to drive a car not in good running condition and with things being the way they are both of us out of work I might not be driving much

just ab out in the same boat. $3000.00 later my car still makes the same noise it went in with, doesn't "feel " the same and just went over 100,000 miles. I have a Ford Escape 2005 purchased new in 04.
After both DH and I each being out of work 18 plus months there are no $ for a new one. Good luck with your new purchase, hope you have many years with it:) |
