Oh my, how horrible. At least it was your garden and not your house (as if that's a consolation!). Maybe you can salvage some of it or plant some more as others have said.

If it were me in your zone, I would replant.............however, I would sprout my seeds first..............calla

Oh my. DH would have seven ducks fit it that happen to us. Replant so you can enjoy your harvest.

craftybear 06-17-2011 02:35 PM

oh no, that is terrible, hope you replant

Margie 06-17-2011 02:37 PM

So sorry :( God bless you

That is a real shame, how storms can totally wipe out lots of things. I can see why most people don't or can't live off the land. So sorry for you.

I am so sorry about your plants. I hope you, house and car weren't hurt so badly. I would say, replant. It is too sad not to.
We got baseball size hail here so I get a new roof and one side of my house painted. I guess I will only have to pay for three sides of the house painted instead of four.

Is this God's way of saying you should eat more chocolate?

As a fellow gardener, I feel for you... but so thankful it wasn't your home. It's only June, go ahead and replant.
