our dinner tonight: chicken breasts sauteed with olive oil, sliced garlic, green onions, pine nuts, & mushrooms. Served with garlic-stuffed artichokes. :-D and, no dessert.

Today is Dibs and Dabs night..that means clean out the fridge and freezer, put everything edible (no science experiments or greenish stuff that should be brown) in a crock pot with every kind of spice I can get the lid off and dump some home made frozen biscuits on top and let it go!! On a cold, windy day like we've been having that sounds very good, and no one will complain about the cook.
No one else is here...hehehe...
And I have some frozen sweet potatoes that are partially cooked, a farmer gave me some 10 pound ones that could not be sold. I baked them whole and froze them. Maybe a sweet tater pudding?
