I like to keep upwith my adult kids' Facebook pages just to keep track of what they are doing, but I personally lead such a boring life that I rarely have anything to put on my page.

I don't have a Facebook account because my life is so ordinary everyone would "unfriend" me LOL

I am glad to see that I am not the only one who does not quite get why everyone is so into Facebook! I have not 'done it' very long but I find it is dull, as well. Personally, I got very tired of all the postings from my sis-in-law about her Farmville game. So, I deleted her! LOL

My relatives play the farmville game also. Personally I like myspace better for finding music as I like Brule.

I don't use facebook and I'm glad now I don't.

My family likes to swear all the time on there. It's disguesting as far as I'm concerned.

You can just hide apps that don't interest you. I couldn't care less about Farmville and such myself.

Seems like just common sense to not announce that you're going out. I also do not accept friend requests from people I can't place unless we have mutual friends to help me figure out where that person has heard of me.

I'm trying to figure out how to politely tell a friend I really hate her current profile pic (she's giving the camera a "one-finger salute" ).

I'm with you it is a pain.
