I have one, supposed to use it.....keep finding it on the nightstand in the mornings!!!!!

I use one off and on to control grinding teeth. It's great and I sleep better. My dentist made it for my lower teeth because it won't fall out :)

I thought I was the only one who grinds their teeth. I will have to talk to my dentist. If it's going to cost too much, I'll go the sports gear route. Thanks for having this conversation!

You can also get them at Walmart but they are about the same as the sports ones. I did find a clear one so formed it and it worked great.

It takes a bit, but you will get used to the guard. I had Invisaline (clear plastic) braces & after my teeth were straight, they said to wear the braces at nite. Did not like it at 1st, but now it's not an issue at all & my teeth are trained to not move.

I wear one for the same reason you need one (wearing inside upper teeth away) & also my jaw locks sometimes during the night. The night guard does work & you will adjust; give it time.

Yes, can hardly sleep without it now. When my Mom was dying and I was driving 2 hours back and forth to her hospital, my hygenist (sp) said to wear it in the car since I was under stress.

Wow, night was a great improvement. Only woke up 3-4 times. Really rarely used my tissue.Anyone notice the ads for night guards at the bottom of this page.
