i have the ones from different shop hops, the new england quilt museum etc. i keep them on the front of the tote bag i made especially for going quilt shopping... they make me smile every time i see them...

of course, that smile could be because every time i get the bag out is cause i'm quilt shopping.

Make a small wall quilt or favorite quilt block and display your pins as you collect them. You will be able to enjoy them.

I have a few which I purchased from quilt shops that I visited while vacationing. Also one of our local quilt shops did a pin of their own I think the year they were featured in that magazine about quilt shops. I have them all on a light weight denim jacket that I wear in the spring.

I know that www.Clotilde.com has them available. I inherited my mother's and got two new ones at the quilt show I went to last Saturday. I am going to put them on the sun hat I wear when I ride my bike. One of my mom's is even a 'featherweight'. Watch for them in booths at quilt shows.

A friend collects pins. She made a wall quilt with 1" squares of fabric. I think it will hold around 100 pins, (haven't counted the squares) she just pins each new one on one of the squares. Has it hung on her studio wall. My estimate would be she has around 50 pins on it now. almost made me want to collect pins. grin

I made a large quilting bag to carry at shows and have my pins on it!

Pin Peddlers always have a booth in Paducah. So many cute pins! I picked up a flyer from them and they made pins for our guild. They really did a nice job. We are really happy with them.

AQS makes a new pin each year for the Paducah show, which sells for $5. They sell pins from past years for $1 at the $5 Hurt Book Store. The Rotary Club always has vendors and antique quilt displays at their building and they have beautiful pins for the current year plus pins left over from past years. Theirs are really pretty.

I have pins on my guild name tag, but don't have room for all.
