i've seen them for sale at all the bigger shows on the east coast.
a lot of visiting ladies wear them on their jackets or vests to show what shows they've been to and what guild they belong to.

I have pins from quilt shows I have attended. I put them on a vest I have and even if I don't wear the vest I look at it every once in a while and smile.
