I'm looking forward to seeing the movie! We have all the DVD's, and binge watch them a few times a year. :)

Going to see it at the cinema next Wednesday!

I must be unique as I am not a Downton Abbey fan. I watched the first episode but put it off about half way through, even though I like many of the actors in it. I don’t watch Poldark either because I missed the first series and just couldn’t pick the story up when the second series started.
I do like ‘Call the Midwife’ though, especially as the events happen in my lifetime.

It’s good to know that so many of you enjoy UK TV!

We have tickets to an advance showing of Downton Abbey tomorrow evening, can't wait. Also a huge fan of "Call the Midwife".

I too am very much a Downton Abbey and Poldark fan. I have the DVD's of both and the current season is now on our ABC TV here. I am currently reading the Poldark series, I am on book 4, 8 to go. I will keep an eye out for the Downton Abbey movie.

My sister told me that Poldark is on Prime. That will probably be my next binge :)

Saw Downton last night at an advanced showing at our local cinema. Excellent, excellent, Maggie Smith was sharp as always. A do not miss if you're a fan.

I have been reading the Poldark novels also. I am on book 10 with 2 left to go.

Not watched any of it, but it’s on “my bucket list”.

I see there is a Downtown Abbey film coming to theaters in a few days.
Is this the TV one all rolled into one film or is it a continuation of the TV series ?
I want to see it in the proper order.
