Other than the closet with some clothing showing, it looks like no one lives there. Very cold and unwelcoming look to me. Guess I won't have to worry about my offer not being accepted!! LOL

You can tell that a decorator did the house. It is not warm at all. Also what a waste of energy with the lighting. This is not "sour grapes". I like a house to be warm and inviting not a showplace.

We went on one of those bus tours a couple of years ago when my husband's kids were down for a vacation and went by Dr. Phil's. From the street, you don't see any of this at all - just one level of what appears to be a plain stucco home with lots of beautiful landscaping. I'm really surprised that you couldn't judge the house by it street appeal. I couldn't live in a house like that - it doesn't even look lived in, and where's the sewing room?

It looks very cold and way too much yard work. The yard would really suffer under my care as I would much rather sew. I liked the wine rack and I will share the wine with MamaBear61!

It's a beautiful house. Too much stuff in it though. Some people define their success by what they have. The good Lord blessed me with a loving husband, 3 wonderful kids and lots of fabric.I call that my wealth.
