But how do they get there without leaving footprints?

Does someone drop them out of a helicopter and pick them up when they are done?

Aliens don't ride in helicopters........LOL

Has to be some sort of teleporting beam. (did you ever see Battle for Los Angeles?)

Well, it's nice to see the aliens have become master quilt designers.
Their earlier work was .....clumsy and not very sophisticated.

An early sketch for a baby quilt:

IMHO, the newer works are much more refined and elegant.

Agreed, even their "rides" have "sophisticated" patterns on them. :P

I would love to meet some of those men/women/aliens/whatevers and let them plant all those lovely quilt patterns in my brain. Then I'd never have to search for and forget while I'm searching for just "THAT" pattern I've always wanted but have since forgotten.

all righty then, so it isn't messages from outer space! cool beans!

Yooper32 07-27-2011 04:00 AM

Thanks for my morning laugh.

Yep, you're probably right! Can you imagine all those frustrated alien quilters trying to get their message through?

I've seen many quilts that were simply " out of this world". That really is a nice pattern. Do you think Aliens are protected by copyright? LOL.
