FINGER MONKEYS Do you believe this?
Finger Monkeys Enjoy! If it weren't for the Internet... Would you have ever seen or have known about these little creatures? They are way too cute! https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...15&disp=emb&zw They are native to rain-forests of Brazil , Peru , Bolivia , Ecuador and Colombia . (Source: Buzzle) Finger monkeys are, as a matter of fact, pygmy marmosets. They are also known by the names "pocket monkey"and "tiny lion". This cute little primate hugs and grips on to your finger so tight that it pulls your heartstrings and you wish you could take it home with y ou. Finger Monkeys The finger monkey is the tiniest living primate in the world. It's so small that it can hold on to your finger. These primates belong to the family Callitrichidae, species Cebuella and genus C. Pygmaea. https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...16&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...17&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...18&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...19&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...20&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...21&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...22&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...23&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...24&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...25&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...26&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...27&disp=emb&zw https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...28&disp=emb&zw |

Dang it! Now I want a monkey. They're really cute.

 They're adorable. My daughter needs a pair. She has a mini-zoo/farm with the usual dogs, cats and fish tank along with dwarf goats, a miniature horse, rabbits, chickens & ducks. She's had guinea pigs and hedgehogs. She wants a pot-bellied pig, but her husband won't let her. I have a lot of grandanimals & a couple of finger monkeys would be great additions. :D My GS and GD would love to have more cousins.
Same for me, only the red x's but the one picture I could see. They are so tiny.
Oh my, how tiny, & how precious! Another one of God's miracles, how amazing! Thanks for sharing!
Those are beautiful.
Are these full grown or infants? Some look like they barely have their eyes open.
The joke in our house is that my DH wants to buy me a monkey when the kids leave the house. I keep telling him no way but I would take a couple of those. They look so cute and not dangerous at all. Beth

I'm with QuiltMania. I want one - how cute & it would be sooooo cute with my FW!!!!!
They are cute . But to me they look the best right where they belong in the rain forest.
Awwwwwww. I only got the one pic further down. What adorable little fellas!!
Never heard of them before. How adorable.
i think they were Sea Monkeys that you saw in the old magazines. You could send away for them and then put them in water to see them grow, kinda like shrimp.
their cuteness will probably be their greatest threat. i imagine they are sold on the black market and imported illegally. they need to be left in the wild where they belong and not brought into people's homes. now, if you really, really, want one, i'm sure they'd be willing to share their tree with you. what? not comfortable in their home? what makes you think they would be comfortable in yours?
AHA! Last one looks like a little Chewbacca from Star Wars, I knew he was real. . . . .
Sew Cute. I want one in every color, and there's even an Ewok one there. Thanks sew much for sharing.
so tiny and CUTE!
They are just downright adorable.
