Being from Wisconsin originally ... who else, but the Packers?
But over the years, am addicted to most all Sunday, Sunday night, Monday and
Thursday night games. Love the athleticism and grace in some of the
passing/catches... almost like ballet.

I sew in the room with my guys. If the tension gets intense on tv, I have to stop sewing for a minute, then it's back to sewing. I enjoy football (all sports really) and the guys don't mind the sewing machine sound. My hubby or son just turns up the volume! :)

I love football and baseball. I'm from Missouri so I watch the Chiefs who lost in OT yesterday and sometimes the Rams. I now have to watch Dancing with the Stars since Kurt Warner is on - he is the QB who won the Super Bowl for the Rams a few years ago (or many years ago). My sewing machine sits downstairs with a TV close by. Love it.

That's about it for me -- except it didn't make a "fan" out of me. When DD hung up her flute and baton and DS hung up is drumsticks, I quit going to football games. Then when DGS started playing, I thought I'd give it another try, but that didn't work. I just couldn't see my "baby" getting knocked around like that. So no more football games for me. Occasionally I'll "watch" (be in the same room) a Saints or LSU game, but mostly I go to the sewing room or nextdoor to visit my mom.

I do love ice skating and events like the Olympics.

Yeah, I'm a football fan! Love it (Hockey 2nd - Red Wings Rule!). The Detroit Lions record isn't great -- won only 2 games last year and won only 2 so far this year. Someday they might win more than they lose.

Don't lose hope. Keep the faith. Look at what the Saints did last year.

Love the OSU Buckeyes!!!

Love Big 10 Football!!! (except for Michigan!! ;-))

I enjoy all college football.

Pro football - I can watch. I can enjoy. But I don't go out of my way to watch. Way too much $$$$$ wasted on most pro sports.

Go BUCKS!!!!!

I too am a football mom . my baby is a senior this year and playing in the playoffs right now. Their team went 10-0 regular season. Go Falcons. We're also no 1 in our state.

We live for football season at our house. My husband doesn't claim any team, but doesn't have a problem stating what a player did right or wrong!! My son-in-law is a Detroit Lions fan. I am so glad that at least they have won some games, finally!! My daughter is a true and true Chicago Bears fan! I have several: Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Indy Colts, and Pittsburgh Steelers!! (At least, some team usually wins on Sunday!!) We, also, enjoy college football as well as High School. What did I say - We LIVE for football! Since I do not like hand applique, I am cross stitching during the games.

I closed down my cable many years ago, about 6 or 7. Always figured that if I missed it I could start it again. I watch a few movies a year, or music or something that we've recorded that I have on video or CDs. Watching some on the Computer is enough for me. There are places where you can find old TV programs you can watch, but I don't often enough so that I remember how to find them.
