Are you following the proper directions to apply it? Was in a group once when two ladies were having problems... but they weren't using steam and press technique required. Check your directions.

Sometimes it's a problem between the applicator and the ironing board ;)

If it’s stubborn, I have better luck with a really hot iron and a pressing cloth to protect from scorch.
