creme brûlée or flan |
I have no idea what either of these are. Shall we change to something else?

They are two dessert custards often served in restaurants. Costco sells creme brûlée this time of the year which is why I thought about it. Flan is offered at many Mexican restaurants. In addition to being offered as a dessert, creme brûlée is often offered at large buffet brunches. Flan is usually served with caramel drizzle, while creme brûlée is served with caramelized sugar topping.
“The main difference between aflanandcrème brûléelies on the toppings. For example, aflanhas a soft caramel top layer whilecrème brûléefeatures a hard caramel layer that's made by torching or broiling the sugar on top.” https://www.thebrentwoodrestaurant.c...-creme-brulee/ |
