Great idea for a workshop. Years ago down in Orlando, a couple of us gals would meet once a month for embroidery classes at the local Library. They have conference rooms with tables and chairs and plenty of outlets for our machines all arranged in a square so the person giving the class could stand/sit in the middle and talk with them. We could reserve the room for free so might look into options for the next time to save money. The room was large enough for 10-15 sewers.

I can see that you have turned the tables and have them mortally serious about this sewing thing and what their final mark might be.
