Let's go back to 1973! When my dad closed his Texaco gas station that summer gas was $0.54.9!! 54 cents a gallon sure beats today prices! I don't smoke but I remember cigarettes were 50 cents a pack. Price have sure gone up and up and up and no end in sight!

Hawaii has been over $4.00/gal for at least a week now...
Actually $4.07 at one station in Hilo last Thursday when I spoke with my step-father. Everything is high there...being in the middle of the ocean folks are stuck, can't drive to another state to live.
