I'm here for a minute--Kennedy and her dad just went home..I have lots to do---nursing more--poop...pee.... she's beautiful. Smaller than Rosie... and a silver dapple I think. The horse forum will know. I cannot believe I got a filly--that's 5 for 5. Now for a Tucker!!
It was so fast--I was praying for two hooves and a muzzle.. and there it was--perfect delivery. Gypsy is a bit trembly...but that's normal. I just want to watch for a while... I'll go to school for half a day tomorrow if all is well--be home by 12:15... vet will come to check everyone. Kennedy's dad took over 100 pics--I'll post before I sleep. :wink: |

I have a question though! I have a neighbor with miniature horses, and I have even taken care of them for time to time, but I have never seen a baby miniature horse. How big are they? As in, how tall at the withers? I am going to guess a bit taller than my blue heeler dog? He is knee high. |
