It will have the pleats up front and a wide waistband but that's where the similarity ends. Olivia wants a full length skirt. I've got a muslin made that seems to fit well enough so I will be starting the actual skirt this weekend. It's been a lot of fun figuring out all the little details that need accounting for before it can actually go together. Rodney |

Over what? I haven't been on here as much the last several days but that's just because I've had a bunch of other stuff going on. Some of it I was actually sewing, though not quilting. I got it in my melon head that I would make a skirt for Olivia without starting with a pattern. Olivia's 11 and it seems like all the patterns out there are either for teenagers and adults or for little kids. Nothing for the tweens.
