Have you ever.....

been to a quilters house and never seen one quilt? I just found out a couple we know, she makes quilts and owns the same exact machine I have... but she has not one lap quilt or any quilts showing in their house at all. No matter how much I clean my house...some how one of the darn little threads sneak out in the open...and her house is not near as clean as mine and I have never seen one thread. I must not train my threads as good as she does... lol

I don't have a lot of quilts out on display but I can't imagine a quilter without any on display. Thread?Please..... we are lucky if it doesn't end up in our food.

My quilts are on the beds under a bedspread. On my sofa are antique crocheted afghans.

I have a small wall quilt hanging up in my living room. I have the one in my avatar hanging up in a hall so I can see it every time I pass thru there. I have a wall quilt hanging up in another hall way and one up in my studio. The rest are folded in my stuido and others I have purchased and/or made are folded on top of an armoire in our guest room and some are displayed on a quilt rack in that room. One can only put out so many. lol

LOL In spite of being a "quilter" I've only got 1 finished for myself and that took forever to finish. LOL

Maybe she is an alien from Venus or something.

I find thread everywhere...lol I admit when it starts crawling out of the sewing wing of the house I vacuum.

This made me smile. My friends at church are always "grooming" me...picking off the stray threads. :D They just say..."been sewing again haven't you Deb". haha
