I don't like the feel of InsulBrite and I don't like to cut it. I quit using it. I use batting and the heat resistant silver fabric.

I use it a lot for pot holders, insulated bags and such. I've never had a problem. I never really gave any thought to what the fiber content is however.

I decided to do the mask---works well!

I have used it several times, and have never had a problem.

Do you have a product name for this material? Honestly would prefer an alternative.

I have more allergies then money. I used this a lot with never a problem. Good luck resolving the cough problem.
