it's impossible to work under these conditions. IT WON'T MOVE with dead weight on it! It's supposed to be "free motion".

Someone call security on this little fur ball. He's in my way and has no intention what-so-ever of getting out of it.

Cyn 07-28-2011 02:22 PM

I have 5 of those fur balls so one of them is always close at hand! I work around them :0 A small tabby is helping me type right now!

llcathey 07-28-2011 02:22 PM

ROFLOL. What did you expect - he's a CAT

OHSue 07-28-2011 04:15 PM

So funny, he looks so settled in in that first photo I would have a hard time disturbing him.

sandraa 07-28-2011 04:44 PM

Cute helper.

nativetexan 07-28-2011 05:18 PM

lock him in the dungeon!!

gigi10 07-28-2011 05:23 PM

This looks like a personal problem to me. I have 4 schnausers who appreciate quilts greatly. When they come to see me in here, I stop and pick everybody up 1 at a time, rub their little bellies and they are ready to leave me for a little while.

earthwalker 07-28-2011 05:44 PM

Sleeping on the job...just won't do! Gorgeous boy...go do some housework, 'til he's had a few zzzz's.:) That quilt looks beautiful too.

oatw13 07-28-2011 05:45 PM

Not 'who me', but 'hey! You got a problem with my being here?'

p.s. - what a cutey!

sewgray 07-28-2011 08:09 PM

Look at that face, how can you even think about making him move?

mamahippychicky 07-28-2011 10:49 PM

Beautiful cat on a beautiful quilt!

Jammin' Jane 07-28-2011 10:56 PM

Guess you'll have to do some hand quilting until he decides to let you back in there! Cats rule!!!

aaahhh what a sweetie. I guess you need to get some dark chocolate and relax till she moves.

allie1448 07-29-2011 03:51 AM

He is gorgeous!!! (the quilt is pretty too! lol)

kaykwilts 07-29-2011 04:16 AM

how cute!! But that is why I just had to make my quilting room off limits...too many fur babies interrupting all the time...and oh the way they would stretch my quilts when in my floor frame to be hand quilted. I admit, I miss them when I am working, but I am happier not having to constantly readjust my quilts....he's a beauty, by the way!!

vtretire 07-29-2011 04:27 AM

This scene looks very familiar :)

jeannie t 07-29-2011 04:34 AM

michelehuston 07-29-2011 05:12 AM

this is for me isn't it?

fratcat 07-29-2011 05:19 AM

I have 7 at home, and I always have 2 in my sewing room. One likes to lay on the acrylic extension table of my sewing machine, and I have to place blockers on there., books, magazines, button tin, whatever is handy so that h e cannot lay on it., the other one likes to lay at the very corner of the sewing table (It's 6.5 feet long) and when the machine starts moving the fabric, he thinks it's time to play by grabbing it. they are a job to be around, but I am extra careful to make sure they don't get into any real trouble. Love my cats.

flowerjoy 07-29-2011 05:25 AM

your Kitty is sooooo cute... I love your quilt colors too.

donnacollierbess 07-29-2011 05:34 AM

If there is going to be something getting in your way of quilting you are lucky it's so adorable.

Cassews 07-29-2011 06:22 AM
