Here too! And I live on a street where they clean the outside of the windows every week in addition to every inch of the inside of the house. LOL My DH always said, spend time with the kids, take them to the park, 100 years from now no one will know the difference. Same with my quilts - hopefully they will bring so much joy to children and grandchildren. Don't think a little dust bothered any of them.

Boy oh boy, you gals speak my language. Housework? Maybe. Quilting - yes any day of the week...:)

Show me a clean house, and I will show you a misspent life.

Wow ... that's our life too! (Had his WONDERFUL fried chicken last night, as a matter of fact). And notice, there's no mention of who does housework :-D

Nothing creative about housework really, unless you count the patterns the dust falls in ....

That's what I'll be doing when I retire from work in a few weeks. Sounds like the perfect ratio to me.

Congratulations and good luck on your retirement Moonglow!

I HATE housework!!! I look at it as a necessary evil. I do only what I have to and that's it.
But I wish it looked better, I just don't want to be the one to make it happen.
My DH is a fab cook (I hate cooking too). hee hee
