Still feel real young at 35!!!

As I tell my children, I am old enough to know better, but don't. It keeps them guessing about what I am referring to.

I keep telling my 50 yr old son that he'll catch up with me soon & we'll be the same age. LOL. Now there's a trick.

Please see my AVATAR. It is true and My oldest child and only daughter is turning "50" this afternoon at 05:30pm.

(Then four boys in a row)

Edited to add: 'Has anyone mentioned that we get DISCOUNTS at a lot of stores?'

Happy Birthday Early!!

These discounts remind me of Wal Mart's rollbacks. Got to watch them & don't expect them to be perm. price chgs. There is a particular dog food that is the only brand my little dog will eat & it was recently rolled back making me very happy. Now after a few wks. it's starting to creep up again. A cashier warned me about that awhile back but now I'm seeing it. So much for the impression their ads give.

Please never wish away the yrs. It happens faster than you can imagine. But yes, retirement was the most fun of our lives. Felt free to do anything we darn well wanted to.
The first cpl. of yrs. we were retired, we'd wake up, look at ea. other & giggle like kids. He'd say "just imagine all those people who have to go to work this morn." . Then we'd giggle.
