And on my computer ° is ALT+0176, but only if I use the numeric keypad, not the numbers above the letters!

This must be why because this laptop doesn't have number keys on side only on top and I hold down the alt WHILE typing in those numbers and nothing. Oh well thanks for the info anyway.

I put the icon on my desktop as a shortcut.
