I am staying at their house. Today is not a good day. I have a migraine and I don't know that my meds are going to work. The 5 year old cut his toe. It bled quite a bit. He is taking a nap now. I would like someone else to take a look at his toe but the woman I called has not called me back. I am SO READY to go home. Just another 25 1/2 hours to go!

My medicine started working so my migraine doesn't hurt anymore. I just now found the duct tape. Now I'm ready for anything!

$500, keep repeating it ,Tonight,tonight.......If you only ended up with one sliced toe,....you did good!

I need a new machine but not that bad!!! LOL I watch my grandkids once in a while but they always behave, they love being with us so all I have to say is I can always take you home and they straighten up pretty quick

Just keep repeating, "I get a new machine" over and over. It may help. Good luck and I'll be thinking of you.

Pray for you? I think you need more than prayers. If you live through this I would think twice about the term "friend" afterwards. Your either an angel or deranged or maybe both. Six kids that are not your own? OMG your making me cringe just thinking about it. You are ten times the woman I will ever be. I love my friends. Not that much however.

This board has really helped me get through this with all the words of encouragement and advice. The prayers helped too. Thank you so much, everyone!! I also put up a pic of a quilt I made for a quilt challenge and got even more kind words. That really helped too.
Only about 9 hours to go now so I think I will survive.
I have learned my lesson about helping out a friend and I have a feeling we won't be as good of friends after this ordeal. I don't know that this would have been worth it for $5000!
I should (had better) make it home tonight in time for the weekly Skype chat with my own kids. One is in pharmacy school and the other 2 are in Korea teaching English.

Today is Sunday, Are you still alive? LOL Just think soon you'll have your new sewing machine and you can regain your sanity. I'm sure in the long run you'll say it was worth it!
